What is Grassland Mesh?
Grassland Mesh is a fixed-aperture grid mesh built like Weldmesh, but with twisted rather than welded joints — for livestock and grassland boundaries that need to take repeated pressure. It is best suited to livestock & cattle enclosures, grassland & pasture boundaries, farm perimeter fencing. Medvaan confirms the gauge, dimensions and coating against the application before dispatch.

Grassland Mesh runs the same grid layout as Weldmesh — horizontal and vertical wires crossing at a fixed rectangular aperture — but the intersections are twisted together instead of welded. That's not a downgrade, it's a different trade-off: a twisted joint has a small amount of give that a weld doesn't, which matters when the fence's job is absorbing livestock pressure instead of just holding a shape.
There's no weld nugget to inspect or fail here, so the failure mode is different too — a twisted joint doesn't have the single-point weakness an inconsistent weld does. The aperture stays fixed and rectangular across the roll, which keeps containment consistent from one end of a run to the other.
What sets Grassland Mesh apart
Twisted-joint construction
Wire intersections are twisted, not welded — no weld point to inspect or fail.
Fixed rectangular aperture
Consistent opening size across the roll, sized for livestock containment.
Give under pressure
A twisted joint flexes slightly under load instead of holding rigid like a weld.
Heavy galvanization
GI coating rated for continuous outdoor and field exposure.
Long-run rolls
Supplied in long roll lengths for fast field deployment.
Custom aperture on request
Non-standard opening sizes available for specific containment needs.

What is Grassland Mesh used for?+
Grassland Mesh is commonly used for livestock & cattle enclosures, grassland & pasture boundaries, farm perimeter fencing, agricultural exclusion fencing. The final gauge, size and coating should be matched to site load, exposure and service-life requirements.
Which Grassland Mesh specifications can Medvaan supply?+
Medvaan can confirm wire gauge, aperture, height, length, gi coating for each order. Standard ranges are shown on this page; non-standard requirements are reviewed against quantity and manufacturing lead time.
How does Medvaan verify Grassland Mesh?+
Medvaan sets the required wire, construction and coating specification, sources from audited manufacturing partners, and checks conformance before dispatch. Order-specific tolerances are confirmed in writing.
